Product Description

African style Smoked Dried Fish; is the result of years of research & development. Made from fish, and is dehydrated and smoked to a camel brown texture. It is true brain food, rich in omega 3 fatty acid.

We process mostly wild Catfish - Flathead, Blue Catfish, and Channel catfish.

All boxes are packed with neck, middle and tail pieces. When packing the boxes you will have 1 neck , 1 tail for every 3 middle pieces.

I have bought these several times. They have always impressed me. Bought some boxes as gifts as well. They were so happy that they have requested for the website. Do not hesitate to buy. Off note, don't mistake it for the boneless catfish box which is rather disappointing and looks tiny.

I have bought these several times. Really nice. They ship on Monday, I have always got them Tuesday. Never bought from the African shops since I found about this establishment .
